Clean property, very attentive and attentive stuff. Nicely decorated and nice cosy rooms with a kettle and an iron. Variety of tasty food at breakfast time. Location - excellant and unbeatable very close to a taxi, Jesmond and centre. Easy walk to Jesmond Methodist Church. Easy check-in, parking onsite. Not to mention excellent wifi!

Really had really really nice stay on an overnight visit. Fabulous base for travelling to Newcastle upon Tyne and exploring local places.

This hotel had a central position to St James park. And we were very close to -the nearest metro station, bars and cafes and shop a short walk away.

The room was reasonably large and newly renovated with beautiful crisp white sheets, had a good night's sleep. The location was great, to local bars & shops in Jesmond, in the lively area.

The room was a nice size with comfy bed, I felt comfortable there. A kettle, an iron, and coffee were standard, but I enjoyed that. The location minute walk from an underground station was ideal and convenient. Its staff was fabulously helpful and patient.

Perfect and exceptionally nice location close to the centre, good for visiting Newcastle upon Tyne. Based just off the nightlife and the city for shopping.

Everything was modern, the parking was on site, the room was well-appointed. The room was very lovely, comfortable bed.

The hotel has ideal and nice location very close to bars and restaurants, the centre of Newcastle and St James Park and a Waitrose store.

The location was good and ideal and to be residence parking in the surrounding area, great place for one night. Also, Baltic Centre for Contemporary Art was 3 km away.

Newly remodelled and functional room, with a decent sized bathroom. A wide array of facilities like: a TV set, a mini fridge, and a hair dryer. Cold drinks at downstairs bar, terrific service.
